- Athletic, play-making point guard with good length who looks to push the basketball up the floor to create scoring opportunities for his team-mates with his old-school, free-wheeling, stop-and-go game.  McLaren is a good-decision maker with the ball in his hands and he also has the ability to get into the lane and score the ball when it's there.  As his body matures, his game continues to develop, and he becomes more dangerous as a knock-down three-point-threat, McLaren is a back-court player to watch in New England's Class of 2014.
