- Smooth elevator man with big time speed who is both explosive and very quick off his feet, giving him the ability to consistently get to the rim before shot-blockers are able to arrive at the aerial point of attack. After a grammar school career dominating inside, Ceasar's perimeter skills are just begining to blossom. This fella is an exciting prospect.
