- Texas D1 Ambassadors Coach Max Ivany..."The youngest player on our 17U teams, 6'8" Kendrick Morris (2014 - Phillips Exeter Academy, New Hampshire) has not backed down from anyone he has faced on the circuit this season. He is one of the hardest workers in the organization and does the little things that help a team win. Whether that is playing in your face defense, blocking shots, getting rebounds or setting picks to get our three point shooters open Kendrick will fill the rolse. He also has good foot work on the block and once his strength catches up with his height he will be an offensive force inside. Not only is he an up and coming player, Kendrick is an excellent student with a 4.6 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Morris combination of academic prowess and his work ethic on the court has caused him to attract D1 attention from numerous schools."
