Hometown: Hartford, CT- Fair is a crafty point guard with a tight handle and a smooth change-of-pace game. He has a nice burst coming out of his moves and is very difficult for an opposing defender to stay in front of. Good-court vision, looks to penetrate and create. Also possesses a nice array of floaters and leaners which he uses to score the ball in the lane. Keep an eye on this kid as he develops physically and gets stronger and faster.
