- Taggart is a excitable wing player with good size and an old-school, savvy game. He is a terrific offensive player who really understands how to play the game. Gorgeous stroke, great passer, attacks with the dribble, finishes on the break, and moves well without the ball. Tissue-soft touch in the lane, finds a way to finish in traffic. Taggart also has a nice handle and can take on ball-handling responsibilities. (Recently visited Vermont)
