- Rodriguez is a talented young point guard who is good with the ball and very quick. Looks to create off the dribble, gets into the lane at will. Can knock down the three-ball. Quick hands on D. Rodriguez has a lot of room left to improve. He needs to work on getting more lift on his jumper, to gamble less defensively, and to make better decisions with the basketball. Once he gets into the lane, he has a tendency to attempt difficult shots against a shot blocker rather than kick the ball to a shooter. As this kick-out pass becomes second nature, Rodriguez's game will translate to a high level of play. We'll be watching.
